Though I am not comfortable with cross stitch finally able to finish one cross stitch. It took me a lot of time because it took more time to remove wrongly done stitches than stitching..:). We call it matty work because the fabric is called matty (aida) cloth.
But I am happy it came nice, and looking pleasant and colour combination is also good. colours in the Pictures are slightly different from the real colours. How do you like it!!??

DeleteIt is lovely and such a big project for you ! I used to do a lot of cross stitch , but now I am preferring surface embroidery ..and actually crewel work , I have a cupboard full of crewel wool ! : ) However I still have a box full of Cross stitch magazines and books on my bookshelf just in case I should return to it .
