Kutch Work: Saree Blouse

Here I have completed kutch work on saree blouse.
I somewhat feeling it is looking clumsy.
Difficult to transfer the design on  a stitched lining blouse..:(
Kutch work, chemanthi stitch, and portuguese knotted stem stitch are the stitches used and stitched with 2 strands of anchor cotton thread..

Doiles:

My friend Gina from Australia send few stamped linen doilies for embroidery purpose.
stamped linens are really great to work on.

I worked bullion stitch for flowers and french knots in the middle of the flower. Stems are stitches in portuguese knotted stem stitch. And the border is worked in blanket stitch.

 As border to this I have attached yellow ric rac lace.

Marigold Flower

I learnt to do marigold flower from my friend Sonie.
I did change the method of  couching   unlike her method.
Wool is used here.

I Also tried to do this flower with turkey stitch

I love these flowers can be used in making Rakhi/friendship bands etc..
