This is one of my old project with wheatear stitch done on a pure silk saree.. stones and beads are added as embellishments..

    Had seen this stitch before but didn't like it...but I like the way you have made use of it on your saree and changed my opinion. I might make use of it while embroidering a kurta. A saree is a big no no for me as I lack your patience.
